		<description>&lt;p&gt;Jive,&lt;br /&gt;If the moderator shoudn&#039;t keep the  candidates on topic, and in this case isn&#039;t even asking the questions, what do you think his job should be? &lt;br /&gt;Given that the candidates can say whatever they want in their media interviews &amp; campaign speeches, it does not strike me as burdensome for them to actually answer the questions asked. They can and still do avoid answering them, but having the moderator reiterate the question at least highlights that fact.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>I cannot agree about the moderator.&#160; I do not think it should be his job to keep the candidates on topic, or to interfere in any way with what they say.&#160; If they want to ignore the question completely and talk about something else, they should be allowed to.&#160; Let the voters decide whether doing so was evasion.</description>
